Jamsoft Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) develops mobile applications (“Apps”) designed with a strong commitment to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our Apps handle data when you use them.

1. Overview

Our Apps are built with a privacy-first approach.

We do not collect, store, or share any personal data on our servers.

All data generated or used by the App stays on your device, unless it is necessary to use a Google-provided service such as Google Maps, Gemini, or other Google APIs that you explicitly interact with. The data generated or used by the app is deleted once the app is deleted from the device.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not:

  • Collect personal data

  • Store data on external servers

  • Track users across apps or services

  • Sell or share personal information

  • Use third-party analytics unless explicitly described in the app

All data used stays on device

3. Information Processed on Your Device

Any information you create or use within the App—such as preferences, gameplay data, or app settings—is processed only on your device.

We do not have access to this information.

4. Use of Google Services

Some features may rely on Google services, including but not limited to:

  • Google Maps / Location Services

  • Gemini or AI-powered features

  • Google Play Services APIs

When you use these features:

  • Data may be sent to Google to fulfill the function (e.g., map rendering, location lookups, AI processing).

  • Google handles this data according to Google’s own Privacy Policy.

  • Jamsoft Inc. does not receive or store this data.

5. Third-Party Services

Other than Google services used directly within the App, we do not integrate any third-party SDKs or analytics unless explicitly stated in the App’s description or settings.

If any third-party integrations are added in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our Apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because our Apps do not collect or store data, they are safe for users of all ages.

7. Data Security

Because we do not collect or store user data, there are no external databases or servers at risk of compromise.

Any data that remains on your device stays protected by your device’s own security mechanisms.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will always reflect the most recent version.

Privacy Policy Addendum: Health Connect Data

Health Connect Integration

YourWorkout AI optionally integrates with Google Health Connect to sync your fitness data with other apps on your device.

Health Data We Access

When you grant permission, we read the following data from Health Connect:

  • Steps – to display your daily step count

  • Calories Burned (total and active) – to show your energy expenditure

  • Exercise Sessions – to view workouts logged in other apps

Health Data We Write

When you complete workouts in our app, we write the following to Health Connect:

  • Steps – from tracked walking/running activities

  • Calories Burned – from completed workouts

  • Exercise Sessions – workout type, duration, and calories

How We Use This Data

Health Connect data is used solely to:

  • Display your fitness metrics on the dashboard

  • Sync your workouts with other Health Connect apps

  • Track progress toward your daily goals

What We Do NOT Do

  • We do not send Health Connect data to external servers

  • We do not sell or share your health data with third parties

  • We do not use your health data for advertising

  • All data processing occurs locally on your device

Data Storage & Retention

Where Your Data Is Stored

All data is stored locally on your device only. This includes:

  • Workout history and exercise logs

  • Chat conversations with the AI coach

  • Meal scans and nutrition data

  • User profile and preferences

  • Daily fitness statistics

  1. We do not operate servers that store your personal data. Your data never leaves your device except when synced to Health Connect (which remains on your device under Google's control).

    How Long We Keep Your Data

    Your data is retained on your device until you choose to delete it. There is no automatic expiration.

    How to Delete Your Data

    You have complete control over your data. Choose either option:

    Option 1: Delete All Data (In-App)

    1. Open YourWorkout AI

    2. Tap Settings (gear icon)

    3. Scroll to Data & Privacy

    4. Tap Delete All Data

    5. Optionally check "Also delete Health Connect data"

    6. Tap Delete Everything

      This permanently removes all app data from your device.

Option 2: Uninstall the App

Uninstalling YourWorkout AI deletes all locally stored data. To also remove data written to Health Connect, open the Health Connect app and delete data for YourWorkout AI.

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you do not need to contact us to delete your data—you can do it yourself instantly.
